How Service Calls Work

When you call our office, our dispatcher will coordinate the arrival of a service technician to your home in a marked company van. All of our technicians wear company uniforms, and can show identification at your door. When we arrive, our technicians will put booties over their shoes to protect your carpet or hardwood floors. After gathering some background data, we will diagnose what's wrong and provide repair and/or replacement options.

If your furnace and/or air conditioner is a standard make and model, we will probably be able to diagnose what's wrong with it and replace the faulty parts within the same day. Once your furnace and/or air conditioner is repaired, our technicians will then leave you with a "comment card" asking for your opinion on how the service call went. If you ever have any problems, feel free to call our office and let us know.

Our goal is to fix your furnace and/or air conditioner in a quick and economical manner, so that you can stay comfortable in your home.
